Harriet and Theodore are sort of tied as favourites. Theodore’s gay yearning and fujoshigan is winning for me. Harriet’s my fave in terms of designs and what I like. I have an attachment to my large snake as well.
Embody is also an early OC so she will remain in rotation; her story on Axia is a little limited compared to the top three, however.

Embody wins. While not the most graceful in duelling, she’s exceedingly brutal and can easily stand against stronger foes. Her armour renders her impervious to most attack. While her blood sacrifice to use her blade may seem like a drawback, her strength and defence become unworldly when she is nearer to death.
Harriet is also a strong contender as a dragoon/glass cannon hybrid as a slayer and general all-around combatant.
Gerhard unfortunately plays dirty, but he has battle experience.

With the war, Théodore is taking on a prominent role in hoping to shape a better Athefast, while trying to keep his country from total collapse. There are a lot of avenues for him to explore in terms of political intrigue.
With Jörmungandr as #2 on the Council, she’s in a very high position of power despite her rather carefree attitude. She can be wise on things, though she would not be shrewd.
Gerd is loyal to Valerius as the captain of the Boltsworn. Any activity around Hycliff or regarding the state of affairs with the Ashieran royal blood would likely be of import to him. He is also a prominent figure in the criminal world as means of control and consolidating power.

COMMENTS
Ùisdean is monstrous in the sense that he does not think like a human at all, and more like a stallion that senses when a mare is in estrus. Kind of thing. Yeah. I have horse trauma.
Jörms: Big snake. That’s it.
Embody can explore her more monstrous side though it’s more psychological than physical. She swings between being human and inhuman. Being bedded by a 10,000kg abomination may require some thinking and plotting.
